Anyone can download the Firefox 3 beta, although there are a few disclaimers you should read before doing so (http://developer.mozilla.org/devnews/index.php/2008/03/10/firefox-3-beta-4-now-available-for-download/). Also, if you download the beta, you don't need to uninstall Firefox 2.
