		<description>Just so you know the "VICTORY" poster doesn't follow the guidelines. "...or with other elements superimposed on top of the logo." Also I don't see a copyright mark next to the FF logo.</description>

		<description>I'm not sure I understand which of the linked "pretty amazing community-powered stuff" examples are thanks to your logo usage policy, rather than the sort of fair use I might make of any other logo.

I could make my kid a Coca-Cola can cake and cookies for his birthday, but would expect the lawyers to come knocking if I was selling them for example.

Was the T-Shirt design competition a community initiative taking advantage of the looser-than-most logo rules or a Mozilla promotional activity akin to any other?

I'm not disputing the policy, the existence of the aforementioned pretty amazing stuff or the culture that both are born of, I'm simply not sure the examples that are given are the best ones.</description>
